a. Domestic Shipping (Doha): The shipping fee for orders within Doha is QAR 50.
Alteration terms and conditions “effective after 10 days from the date of receiving”
- 1- standard tailoring cost: 150 QAR / Per abaya
- 2- Full abaya resizing: 200 QAR / Per abaya
b. International Shipping: The shipping fee for orders outside the country is QAR 150.
Modification: We do not accept returns or exchange it for an alternative product.
Eligibility for Modification (ALTERATION): To be eligible for modification the following conditions must be met:
a. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
b. The request for modification must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
c. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Cancellation policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.
Shipping and Handling: The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with the modification process, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

Unclaimed Orders: If a customer does not respond to delivery attempts or fails to collect their order within 60 days from the date of notification, MARPHOLIO reserves the right to consider the order abandoned.
Unclaimed orders will be stored for a maximum of 60 days only. After this period, MARPHOLIO will not be responsible for keeping, refunding, or re-delivering the item.
Additional delivery or handling fees will apply if the customer requests a re-delivery during this 60-day holding period.
